禁止欺凌和网络欺凌. 欺凌被定义为反复使用书面的, verbal or electronic expression or a physical act or gesture or any combination which is directed at a victim and: (i) causes physical or emotional harm to the victim or damage to the victim's property; (ii) places the victim in reasonable fear of harm to self or of damage to property; (iii) creates a hostile environment at school for the victim; (iv) infringes on the rights of the victim at school; or (v) materially and substantially disrupts the education process or the orderly operation of a school. 就本政策而言，欺凌包括网络欺凌. 网络欺凌是使用技术或任何电子通信, 其中应包括, 但不应限于, 任何符号的转移, 信号, 写作, 图片, 听起来, 全部或部分通过电线传送的任何性质的数据或情报, 广播, 电磁, 光电或光电系统, 包括, 但不限于, 电子邮件, 互联网通信, 即时消息或传真通信. 网络欺凌还应包括(i)创建以他人身份创建的网页或博客，或(ii)故意冒充他人作为发布内容或信息的作者, 如果创建或模拟产生了第(i)至(v)条所列举的任何条件, 包容, 霸凌的定义. 网络欺凌还应包括通过电子手段将通信分发给多人，或在电子媒体上发布可由一人或多人访问的材料, 如分发或张贴造成上述第(i)至(v)条所列举的任何情况.
